How it works

First reply within one business day of any request.
Every request gets an estimate before work starts. You approve it, reject it, or cap the hours you are willing to spend.
Delivery within 14 days of work starting.
Hours are valid for 60 days from purchase. Unused hours expire at the end of that window — but hours already promised to open work never lapse.
Every hour logged appears on your own engagement page, with a note saying what it went on.
